• Plan to arrive at your originating airport at least 3 hours prior to your flight to check-in.
• Have your valid passport and airline itinerary or boarding pass handy at airport check-in.
• Please make sure that your bags are checked through to Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS).

Welcome to The Bahamas! Transportation staff will be waiting for guests arriving at the terminal to assist with bags and then transfer you to the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar (approximately a 15-minute transfer). Please make sure you only depart with staff holding a “2022 Breakthrough Superstars” sign.

Welcome Dinner

Welcome to the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, where you will experience the flavors and sounds of The Bahamas! Enjoy a delightful evening with fellow winners and leadership. Your first taste of this vibrant culture will be on Palm Lawn and Bougainvillea Beach.

Attendance at the Welcome Dinner is mandatory for all Pfizer colleagues and guests who have already arrived at the resort.

Please Note: Guests of all ages are welcome to attend tonight’s reception. However, if you are bringing a child as your guest and are interested in hiring a babysitter for this evening, that can be arranged and will be covered by the program.
